Installation recommendation - sliding plate system

Our installation recommendations serve as a non-binding guide. If different, the manufacturer's specifications take precedence.

Required tools, aids and protective equipment:

Phillips screwdriver for the original screws of the sliding plate and blade plate
10mm socket/socket for the central screw
2.5 mm hexagon socket as a wrench or bit for screwdrivers and the screws for the blade plate
3 mm hexagon socket as a wrench or bit for screwdrivers - optionally with our cool bit holder: sliding plate screws
Cut-resistant gloves

Dismantling procedure:

Remove the sliding plate using the three Phillips screws
Remove the sliding plate
Loosen the central screw
Remove bearing housing
Loosen the blade disk screws
Remove the knife plate

Assembly process:

Alignment of the blade disc: Ensure that the three drivers are correctly aligned on the shaft flange --> The drivers must be inserted into the holes - not into the threads
Positioning the blade plate: Position the blade plate and attach the screws
Fastening the blade plate: Apply the screws and tighten them evenly with a moderate torque (approx. 1 Nm).
Fastening the bearing: Insert the bearing housing and tighten it using the central screw with a moderate torque
Montage Messerklingen: Messerklingenmontage gemäß Empfehlung vornehmen:

Position the sliding plate: Ensure correct alignment when positioning the sliding plate
Conclusion: Tighten the sliding plate evenly with a moderate torque (approx. 1 Nm)

The warranty and liability relates to verifiable material defects and processing errors, but not to damage caused by improper use or collisions with foreign objects.
In addition, we only accept warranty and liability for the blade discs if our own blade systems (CLASSIC and PREMIUM) are used as a complete system.
The use of other systems has neither been tested nor approved by us.

In individual cases , an individual solution can be worked out after contacting us.
