1.1 What are the conditions for this?
Any individual intervention is at your own risk. All manufacturer's instructions remain valid, in particular safety instructions, lawn preparation, test run, cutting height, blade replacement and the limited warranty.
Installation is carried out in accordance with the robotic lawnmower manufacturer's instructions. Our installation recommendations serve as a non-binding guide. If different, the manufacturer's specifications take precedence.
Before commissioning , the freedom of movement of the installed parts must be checked and ensured .
For optimum use and to protect the robotic lawnmower and our performance parts, the area to be mowed must be free of obstacles to avoid interference or collisions. Hazardous areas must be excluded before each run - in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.
The warranty and liability relate to verifiable material defects and processing errors, but not to damage caused by improper use or collisions with third-party objects.
In addition, we only assume warranty and liability for the blade discs when our own blade systems (CLASSIC and PREMIUM) are used as a complete system.
The use of other systems has neither been tested nor approved by us.

2.2 How are your products manufactured?
As the name ZTTLPRINT suggests, our components are manufactured using additive manufacturing processes, specifically 3D FDM (fused deposition modeling) printing.
The material is precisely applied layer by layer and built up into a high-strength, resilient end product. This process not only allows us maximum freedom of design, but also targeted material distribution for optimum strength and functionality.
The use of high-quality, technical plastics that are UV-resistant, weatherproof and extremely robust results in components that have been specially developed for use outdoors and under stress.
We also benefit from a high degree of flexibility and sustainability: we manufacture regionally, avoid overproduction and rely on CO₂-friendly processes - from production to shipping.

2.3 What distinguishes you from similar replicas?
At first glance, some replicas on the Internet may resemble our products - but the crucial difference lies in the detail.
Our products are not created overnight. What you see in our store is based on years of intensive development work, countless series of tests, genuine expertise and an uncompromising passion for quality, safety and performance. We develop, test and optimize - at a level that goes far beyond simple 3D prints. This also gave rise to our slogan:

Unfortunately, we are increasingly seeing our entire image - texts, images, products and even formulations - being copied by imitators. They often try to replicate our idea using cheap means. The result: products that only look similar at first glance, but are worlds apart from our solutions in terms of function, durability and safety.
Our innovations did not come about by chance - they were developed. Every component, every screw, every line in our design is the result of experience, attention to detail and a deep understanding of the interplay between technology and practice. We stand for the highest standards with our name - that can't be copied.
Buying cheaply means risking more than just double the money - it means sacrificing quality, safety and respect for genuine development work.

3.1 What is the exact scope of delivery?

3.2 What happens if a part of my order is not available?
The reason for this is the very high demand - thank you very much for your trust!
In rare cases, part of your order may be temporarily unavailable. But don't worry:
- Your order will remain complete - we will ship it as soon as all products are available again.
- You don't have to worry about anything - we'll keep an eye on things for you and keep you up to date.

3.3 How long does shipping take?
Orders placed before 12 noon are usually processed and handed over to the shipping service provider on the same day . Orders placed after 12 noon are usually dispatched the next working day (Mon-Fri).

Unfortunately, for technical reasons, we are unable to refund shipping costs for multiple orders placed on the same day.

3.6 Are the knife blades and screws included with the knife plates?
Our performance blade discs are always supplied without blades and blade screws, unless these have been expressly booked as a bundle (e.g. with MowerKit or refill pack).
The knife blades shown in product images are for illustrative purposes only, as are other items shown - such as robotic lawnmowers, lawns or decorations.
The product description including the list in the scope of delivery is always decisive.

You can return items within 14 days of receipt.

6.1 What is the advantage of an increased cutting width?
A larger cutting width has several advantages:
More efficient edge mowing - fewer lawn edges are left uncut, reducing or eliminating the need for manual re-mowing
Higher track overlap - areas that have already been mowed are easily covered again so that as many blades of grass as possible are cut
Time saving & higher efficiency - The wider mowing path means more area is mowed in less time, making optimum use of battery life
6.2 What is "mulching"?
Mulching refers to the fine shredding and even distribution of grass clippings directly during mowing.
Instead of collecting the clippings in a grass catcher, they trickle onto the turf and act as a natural fertilizer.
The finer the mulch, the faster it decomposes - this means that the nutrients are incorporated into the soil more effectively without burdening the turf or leaving visible residues.
Our maximized cutting performance reinforces this effect: in combination with our blade guard, the result is a particularly fine powdery lawn cut - for a healthy, dense and well-kept lawn.
6.3 What is odometry and what does it have to do with your spikes?
Odometry is a measurement technique for determining position, in which the distance traveled is calculated based on wheel revolutions. It is often used in robotic mowers, autonomous vehicles and robotic systems.
How does this system work?
- Sensors measure the rotation of the wheels and calculate the distance traveled.
- In combination with changes in direction, the robot can calculate its current position.
- Some systems also use gyroscopes or acceleration sensors to calibrate and further refine the precision of the odometry.
What problem is caused by spinning tires?
If the traction of the wheels is insufficient, the wheels can spin. Wheel rotations are registered that do not contribute to the actual movement. This causes the robotic lawnmower to miscalculate its position and assume it is in a different place than it actually is.
How do your spikes help the odometry?
Thanks to the improved traction, the robotic lawnmower remains stable in the track, which enables the odometry to determine its position precisely and thus avoid incorrect movements outside the mowing zone - leaving the flowers in the bed unharmed.

7.1 How can I recognize my MK measuring plate generation?
With the launch of our new store on 12.03.2025 we have also released the next generation of our knife plates: MK4.
This not only represents another technological milestone - for the first time, it also ensures complete compatibility with our PREMIUM knife blade system developed in-house. developed in-house.
Everything before that, i.e. MK1 - MK3, is exclusively available with our CLASSIC knife blade system compatible.
What does MK actually mean?
"MK" comes from the English and stands for "mark" - i.e. the respective development stage or generation of our performance knife plates.
Each stage stands for a clear further development in design, technology and performance.
Where do you recognize the differences?
The differences between MK1 - MK4 are shown in the store with comparison pictures.
You can also recognize the MK level directly from the product namein the item description or in the order.

7.2 Does the new PREMIUM knife blade system fit the previous (MK1-3) knife discs?
The new PREMIUM blade system is not compatible with older blade discs (MK1-3).
It can only be used with our performance blade discs from MK4.
You can also find this information in the technical data and the compatibility description of the respective products.
If you still need a compatible system for the existing blade discs, we recommend our CLASSIC system with unique screw lock. This allows you to continue using your existing system without any restrictions.
7.3 Is it normal that the knife blade screws are difficult to screw in?
Yes, this is normal.
Thanks to our unique screw lock, the screws require a little more force when screwing in. However, this targeted clamping is necessary to prevent unintentional loosening of the screws during operation.
Safety is our top priority - a tight fit ensures that the blades are held securely in place.
We will readjust the clamping accordingly in the next production batch to make assembly easier without compromising safety.
7.4 Are the new MK4 knife discs compatible with the Classic knife blade system?
Basically yes.
However, this results in a smaller cutting diameter and a higher weight, as described in detail on the product pages.
The smaller cutting diameter can result in an unmown strip in the middle of multi-disc systems (e.g. Mammotion Luba) - depending on the blade disc arrangement and the path overlap.
Our new performance blade discs are specially designed for our proprietary, super-sharp PREMIUM blade system - only this combination guarantees maximum performance, highest precision, function and safety: for a long-lasting perfect lawn cut.
Thanks to the optimized aerodynamics, the special design not only reduces operating noise, but also minimizes friction and resistance - for even more efficient mowing.
More cutting performance, more safety, less resistance - with our PREMIUM blade system, you won't make any half cuts!
7.5 Is the CLASSIC knife blade system compatible with the original knife plates?
Yes, our CLASSIC blade system is compatible with the vast majority of robotic lawnmowers that have an identical blade and screw geometry.
These include models from Ecovacs, Gardena, Gardena, Husqvarna, Mammotion, RoboUP, Segway, and many more...

7.6 Do the original blades fit your knife plates?
The variety of original fastening systems - whether in terms of length, shape or screw geometry - is constantly increasing. It is therefore almost impossible to make a general statement on compatibility.
As the manufacturer, we have made a conscious decision to only recommend the use of our own specially developed CLASSIC and PREMIUM knife blade systems (the differences are described in the store). This combination has been tested, tried and approved by us - other blades have not.
Only in combination with our systems can the full performance of our blade systems be achieved - in terms of safety as well as efficiency and durability.

We hope you will understand this decision, which serves the safety, functionality and longevity of our products.
7.7 Why don't you use rigid blades?
Our conscious decision to dispense with rigid blades is primarily based on one key aspect: safety.
We rely on a sophisticated centrifugal force system with flexible blades that fold out when rotating and immediately give way on contact with solid obstacles. This protects people, animals, the environment and the mower itself. This is an invaluable advantage, especially in gardens with children, pets or sensitive boundaries.
Despite the flexible blades, our performance blade discs achieve outstanding cutting performance in combination with the PREMIUM blade system -clean, precise and efficient. The myth that only rigid blades cut sharply and powerfully is now a thing of the past.
In the context of current safety standards - in particular IEC 60335-2-107 (formerly DIN EN 50636-2-107), which regulates the requirements for the safe operation of robotic lawnmowers worldwide - it is also clear that systems with flexible blades are more likely to meet the desired safety standard than rigid cutting tools.
In short:
Maximum cutting performance with maximum safety - that is our claim.
7.8 What is the noise level of the latest generation of blade discs?
Thanks to aerodynamic optimizations to the knife blade system and the design of the knife discs, we were able to reduce the noise level to almost the original level despite continuing to use a very high number of knife blades.
The average increase in volume is only a few decibels and is hardly noticed subjectively.
Better sound: Thanks to the maximum cutting performance, mowing no longer sounds strained or "tortured", but smooth and pleasant.
New or freshly inserted knife blades may initially make a rattling noise due to the free swinging of the blades. This is due to technical reasons and disappears after a short period of operation.
Conclusion: The new MK4 generation of blade discs offers optimized background noise without compromising performance.
7.9 Can you change the bit in your bit holder?
Yes, a change is generally possible.
However, the bit is held in place without a magnet or spring mechanism. This means that the holding force can decrease slightly with each change.
Nevertheless, the bit remains fixed and ready for use even after many changes.
7.10. Does the higher weight increase the battery consumption of my robotic lawnmower?
The higher weight of the blade discs results from the increased number of blades and their connections - this is deliberate and intentional. However, this does not automatically lead to higher battery consumption or a greater drive load.
The optimized, aerodynamic design reduces air resistance, while our knife blades with maximum cutting performance minimize cutting resistance.
Rotating components generate a moment of inertia. A higher weight means a greater inertial mass, which can slightly increase energy consumption for a short time during the start-up phase. During regular operation, however, the blade disk speed remains constant. The higher inertia mass compensates for load peaks - for example in denser grass - so that the motor requires less energy to maintain rotation.
In addition, grass clippings can adhere to the blade disc when mowing damp grass. This additional weight corresponds approximately to the difference in weight of our blade discs and also occurs with original parts .
Each robotic lawnmower is also equipped with overload protection, which detects critical load situations and protects accordingly.
Overall, this does not result in any significant disadvantages and none of our long-term tests or numerous feedbacks from the field show any significant differences in energy requirements. On the contrary: in practice, there are often even reports of a positive effect on energy consumption.
Important
The energy consumption of a robotic lawnmower depends on numerous factors, e.g:
- Cutting height (lower height = higher resistance)
- Turf density
- Grass removal per mowing
- Outdoor temperature
- Surface geometry (number of approach cycles, turning maneuvers)
- Terrain profile (gradients, unevenness)
- Lawn moisture
- Firmware version / software version (Mählogik, motor dynamics or energy distribution)
Individual journeys can therefore not be compared objectively.
7.11. Are the parts balance-tested?
Yes, our rotationally symmetrical components, such as the rotating blade discs, are regularly tested for imbalance.
The results of our certified service providers confirm that the balance quality of the original parts is not exceeded, even with a higher number of connections. This is achieved and ensured by our design, very dimensionally accurate centring and precise manufacturing.
Testing is carried out in accordance with international and therefore German standards.
Advantage: Minimal imbalance ensures particularly smooth running, reduces centrifugal forces (=centrifugal force) and thus protects the mower.
7.12. Does 3D printing lead to an irregular surface?
The quality and appearance of the surface structure is an essential part of our product design.

7.13. Can the material withstand the load?
Our products have been carefully developed to remain durable and safe even under increased loads.

We use UV and weather-resistant thermoplastics, which are particularly robust and durable.

The construction is specially designed to withstand mechanical loads and ensure reliable performance.
Extensive tests:
In contrast to many other manufacturers, our blade discs undergo long-term practical testing, a centrifugal force test to determine strength and an unbalance test - while the systems of others often remain untested.
7.14. Is safety compromised?
No, modern robotic mowers have extensive safety mechanisms, including collision sensors, lifting sensors, ultrasonic sensors, intelligent camera systems and blade stop systems. These functions remain unchanged by our parts and continue to ensure that the blades stop immediately if the robot is lifted or an obstacle is detected.
Minimized risk of injury:
The risk for children and animals in particular is continuously reduced by these mechanisms.
In the case of greatly enlarged blade disc systems, we develop a specifically adapted blade guard. Our blade discs in the Extension series are only available with compatible protective equipment to ensure full safety functionality.
Faster mowing, less time at risk:
More efficient mowing with our parts means that the mowing process is completed more quickly. This reduces the operating time and therefore also the potential hazard duration.
7.15. The knife blades touch each other. Does this cause problems?
No. During operation, the blades are pushed radially outwards by centrifugal force. This physical property ensures that they are always in a stable position and cannot come into contact with each other.
