Founder & Managing Director
My professional career spans over 20 years in the automotive industry in various management positions, with a focus on safety-relevant high-performance brake discs made of fiber composite materials for exclusive vehicle manufacturers.
During this time, I gained in-depth experience in the areas of manufacturing, quality assurance, development, and functional validation in real-world applications. It became clear time and again how much untapped potential even established systems have.
The development and optimization of technical components with functional and visual requirements has always been a central part of my work and forms the basis for our current products.
At the beginning of 2023, this requirement was the starting point for ZTTLPRINT to improve existing solutions, simplify processes for users, and redefine products to be more powerful, durable, and design-oriented .

Behind ZTTLPRINT is an interdisciplinary team from development, design, manufacturing, logistics, and marketing.

More than just robotic mowers—
: our technical range
Even though ZTTLPRINT is primarily known today for high-quality performance parts in the robotic mower sector, our technical expertise extends far beyond this.
As a development partner, we also cover the following areas for business customers:
- Functional components for technical and mechanical applications
- Small and pre-production series made from application-specific plastics
- Customized special solutions according to customer specifications
- Design and presentation objects with a high level of detail
We provide comprehensive support for projects, from the initial idea and selection of materials to production-ready implementation.
Our industrial background, combined with over 55,000 hours of printing and over 2,000 kg of processed filament, enables us not only to manufacture components, but also to evaluate their design, optimize them in a targeted manner, and reproduce them.
Large format & custom-made products
In addition to technical components, we also produce large-format objects for presentation, exhibition, and decorative purposes.
The focus here is on complex, multi-part assemblies, sophisticated surface structures, and life-size or oversized implementations.
In many cases, we not only take care of production, but also assembly, surface finishing, and painting.
Such projects require, in particular, pressure capacity, segmentation, precision fitting, structural stability, and high-quality post-processing —skills that we reliably cover thanks to our experience and technical equipment.

From file to finished component
At the customer's request, we take on the technical implementation of existing 3D models, for example from data developed by the customer or open design platforms.
We check and optimize each model in terms of printability, stability, material selection, scaling, and surface quality.
Depending on the project, we also take on post-processing, assembly, coloring, or functional adjustments.
