- Which countries do you deliver to?
We currently deliver exclusively to countries within the European Union.
Switzerland and Liechtenstein are exceptions.
- How long does shipping take?
Orders placed by 12:00 p.m. are usually processed the same day and handed over to the shipping carrier. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. are typically shipped the next business day (Mon–Fri).
According to our analysis of deliveries in 2025 , the average delivery time is :
- Within Germany: 1.5 business days
- Within the EU: 3.3 business days
During periods of particularly high demand, processing times may be longer than usual. The current delivery time is clearly displayed directly at checkout .

- Where are you based and where are your products manufactured?
We develop, manufacture ( with the exception of a few purchased components), and ship our products in-house and regionally from Bavaria. This means that expertise, production, and quality assurance remain in one place— Made in Germany.
- How are your products manufactured?
As the name ZTTLPRINT suggests, our components are manufactured using additive manufacturing processes, specifically 3D FDM (fused deposition modeling) printing.
The material is precisely applied layer by layer and built up into a high-strength, resilient end product. This process not only allows us maximum freedom of design, but also targeted material distribution for optimum strength and functionality.
The use of high-quality, technical plastics that are UV-resistant, weatherproof and extremely robust results in components that have been specially developed for use outdoors and under stress.
We also benefit from a high degree of flexibility and sustainability: we manufacture regionally, avoid overproduction and rely on CO₂-friendly processes - from production to shipping.

- How does the return process work?
You can return items within 14 days of receipt.
Please return the item in its original, unused condition whenever possible.
If you notice a problem while testing the item properly and carefully, please contact us before returning it.
The following applies to vinyl wraps: Returns are not accepted once the wrap has been applied. Custom designs and personalized wraps are generally excluded from return—even if they have not been applied.
