We ship all orders using the climate-friendly DHL GoGreen Plus program — making an active contribution to climate protection.
This sustainable shipping method allows us to reduce CO₂ emissions directly in the transport process, not only through offsetting, but also through concrete investments in alternative drive systems, green technologies, and sustainable logistics solutions from DHL in Germany.
Sustainable packaging
We use environmentally friendly materials such as paper and cellophane. Our packaging is almost plastic-free – the only plastic component is the shipping label, which accounts for less than 1% of the total packaging weight.
We also deliberately avoid using packaging with full-surface printing in order to conserve resources and improve recyclability. This way, we protect not only your products, but also the environment.
In addition, we participate in the Dual System of the Green Dot, thereby making another valuable contribution to climate protection—as confirmed by annual environmental certificates.

Processing time
Orders placed before 12 noon are usually processed on the same working day and handed over to the shipping service provider.
Orders placed after 12 noon are processed on the following working day .
Processing takes place Monday through Friday, subject to German public holidays in Bavaria.
During periods of particularlyhigh demand, processing times may be longer than usual. The current delivery time is clearly displayed directly at checkout .
Shipping countries
We deliver to all countries in the European Union as well as Switzerland, Liechtenstein, the United Kingdom, Canada, the USA, Australia, and New Zealand.
For deliveries to Switzerland and Liechtenstein, the purchase contract is concluded between the buyer and MeinEinkauf AG. MeinEinkauf AG also handles customs clearance, invoicing, and delivery in Switzerland/Liechtenstein. This does not incur any additional costs for you.
For deliveries outside Europe (except Switzerland & Liechtenstein), shipping is carried out in accordance with Incoterm DAP (Delivered at Place).
For deliveries to the United Kingdom (UK), a minimum order value of GBP 135 applies.
Shipping costs & delivery time
The shipping fee includes packaging, transport, and handling. The amount varies depending on the destination country.
For international shipping (except Switzerland and Liechtenstein) in accordance with DAP, the shipping fee includes packaging and transport as well as all necessary shipping documents, such as the delivery note and customs declaration.
For goods that are immediately available, the delivery time is based on DHL's delivery time guidelines.
Further information:
- It is not technically possible to combine multiple orders, therefore additional shipping costs cannot be refunded.
- Delivery times are based on DHL statistics for our deliveries in 2025.
- All prices are inclusive of statutory taxes
- The appropriate shipping rate is automatically calculated based on the shopping cart value and destination country.
- For international shipping, we recommend providing a phone number in the customer data.
- DAP (Delivered at Place): Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are to be paid by the recipient in the destination country.
