Erforderliches Werkzeug, Hilfsmittel und Schutzausrüstung:

T20 Torx als Schlüssel oder Bit für Schraubendreher (für Originalschrauben)
4 mm Innensechskant als Schlüssel oder Bit für Schraubendreher (für Originalschrauben)
Schnittschutzhandschuhe

Demontagevorgang:

Befestigungsschrauben des Deckels/Abdeckung entfernen
Deckel abnehmen
Zentralschraube lösen
Lagergehäuse entfernen
Messertellerschrauben lösen
Messerteller abnehmen

Montagevorgang:

Ausrichtung Messerteller: Dabei ist auf die korrekte Ausrichtung der je drei Mitnehmer auf dem Wellenflansch zu achten --> Die Mitnehmer müssen dabei in die Bohrungen eingesetzt werden – nicht in die Gewinde
Positionierung Messerteller: Messerteller aufsetzten und Schrauben ansetzen
Befestigung des Messertellers: Die Schrauben ansetzen und gleichmäßig mit mäßigem Drehmoment (Richtwert 1Nm) festziehen.
Befestigung des Lagers: Lagergehäuse einsetzen und mittels Zetnralschraube mäßigem Drehmoment festziehen
Montage Messerklingen: Messerklingenmontage gemäß Empfehlung vornehmen:

Gleitteller positionieren: Bei der Positionierung des Gleittellers auf die korrekte Ausrichtung der Mitnehmer achten
