Assembly

Installation recommendation - PREMIUM knife blade system

Our installation recommendations serve as a non-binding guide. If different, the manufacturer's specifications take precedence.

Required tools, aids and protective equipment:

PH2 Phillips screwdriver - optionally with our cool bit holder
Cut-resistant gloves

Assembly process:

Pre-positioning: Insert the hole in the knife blade into the collar of the knife blade screw. Ensure correct guidance and centering.
Attach: Position the pre-positioned screw and cutter blade on the threaded sleeve
Continuation: Repeat steps 1 & 2 until the assembly is complete
Screw connection: Tighten all screws evenly with a moderate torque (approx. 1 Nm).
Check: Check that the knife blades can move freely so that they can swing and are not jammed by the screw
Countercheck: Lateral view to ensure that the knife blades are guided through the collar

For optimum use and to protect the robotic lawnmower and our performance parts, the area to be mowed must be free of obstacles to avoid interference or collisions. Hazardous areas must be excluded before each run - in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.

The warranty and liability relates to verifiable material defects and processing errors, but not to damage caused by improper use or collisions with foreign objects.
In addition, we only accept warranty and liability for the blade discs if our own blade systems (CLASSIC and PREMIUM) are used as a complete system.
The use of other systems has neither been tested nor approved by us.

KNIFE BLADE SYSTEMS:

Conventional systems do not have a reliable screw lock, which means that screws can loosen over time due to vibrations. This not only reduces efficiency, but also poses a significant safety risk.

There is also a lack of effective corrosion protection, which means that the blades rust quickly and lose their sharpness.

Scratched surfaces and unclean punching are not uncommon and impair cutting performance.

The lack of a threadless screw attachment makes installation more difficult and increases the risk of damaging the threaded sleeve.
