Custom-made products are generally excluded from the right of withdrawal - they are manufactured exclusively according to customer specifications and can therefore not be taken back without further ado.

Compatibility, technical data, scope of delivery and installation according to the information in the individual drop-down menus above. This information and further details form part of the product description and are provided for your information.

Our parts may differ slightly from the product images in terms of color, color gradient, gloss level, surface texture and shading due to the manufacturing process . These visual differences do not affect function, strength or dimensional accuracy.

Any individual intervention is at your own risk. All manufacturer's instructions remain valid, in particular safety instructions, lawn preparation, test run, cutting height, blade replacement and the limited warranty.

Installation is carried out in accordance with the robotic lawnmower manufacturer's instructions. Our installation recommendations serve as a non-binding guide. If different, the manufacturer's specifications take precedence.

Before commissioning , the freedom of movement of the installed parts must be checked and ensured .

For optimum use and to protect the robotic lawnmower and our performance parts, the area to be mowed must be free of obstacles to avoid interference or collisions. Hazardous areas must be excluded before each run - in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.

The warranty and liability relates to verifiable material defects and processing errors, but not to damage caused by improper use or collisions with foreign objects.
In addition, we only accept warranty and liability for the blade discs if our own blade systems (CLASSIC and PREMIUM) are used as a complete system.
The use of other systems has neither been tested nor approved by us.

The compatibility of our parts is checked and approved with the current firmware/software version of the respective robotic lawnmower at the time of product release. Liability for firmware-related incompatibilities is excluded.

Sidebumper and hubcaps

Then something about the sidebumper and hubcaps, I asked if they were also possible in white, within minutes I got a positive response, of course it's possible, and I didn't have to wait 2 days, they were already driving over my lawn, just great

1A Top work

1A rating for an adapter for a new robotic mower on the market, the Neomow X, which has a cutting height of 30mm. This is too high for me and an adapter was needed for a quick solution. This was done super fast within a week from sending the parts to me from the north to the south and back. Now it's time to wait for a performance set. I'm already very excited and looking forward to it. Top work 👍
