Installation recommendation - sliding plate system
Our installation recommendations are intended as a non-binding guide.
Some recommendations are examples - the color and shape of the parts may vary. The basic instructions nevertheless remain valid.
If different, the OEM manufacturer's specifications take precedence.
Required tools, aids and protective equipment:
- T20 Torx as wrench or bit for screwdriver: for original cover screws
- 5mm hexagon socket as a key or bit for the central screw
- 4 mm hexagon socket as a wrench or bit for screwdrivers (for original screws)
- 2.5 mm hexagon socket as a wrench or bit for screwdrivers and the screws for the blade plate
- Cut-resistant gloves
Dismantling procedure:
- Remove the cover/cover fastening screws
- Remove cover
- Loosen the central screw
- Remove bearing housing
- Loosen the blade disk screws
- Remove the knife plate



Assembly process:
- Alignment of the blade disc: Ensure that the three drivers are correctly aligned on the shaft flange --> The drivers must be inserted into the holes - not into the threads
- Positioning the blade plate: Position the blade plate and attach the screws
- Fastening the blade plate: Apply the screws and tighten them evenly with a moderate torque (approx. 1 Nm).
- Fastening the bearing: Insert the bearing housing and tighten it using the central screw with a moderate torque
- Montage Messerklingen: Messerklingenmontage gemäß Empfehlung vornehmen:
-->> Messerklingenmontage <<-- - Position the sliding plate: When positioning the sliding plate, ensure that the drivers are correctly aligned
- Finish: Tighten the cover evenly with a moderate torque
