The lawn cutter, as part of a clever complete system, enables clean and precise removal of damaged lawn areas - the basis for professional and almost invisible lawn repair.
Thanks to the precise cutting geometry, uniform cuts are created that are ideally suited for direct replacement with matching lawn elements.

Required tools, aids and protective equipment:

No additional tools required
Optional: medium-strength threadlocker

Assembly process:

Shaft carefully place on the threaded socket of the base plate and screw in clockwise by hand until fully tightened against the stop.
Tip: for additional hold, a medium-strength threadlocker can be used on the threads. This makes quick disassembly only possible to a limited extent - use as needed.
Handle place onto the thread of the shaft and screw on clockwise by hand.The thread must not be overtightened.
Tip: For the bow handle, we recommend aligning it horizontally with the logo orientation on the ejector to ensure ergonomic handling.

Anwendung

Required tools, aids, and protective equipment:

Lawn repair box with pre-grown turf element
Water (for dry or compact soil)
Sturdy footwear

Note:

If the soil is dry or hard, the repair area should be watered in advance
Always guide the tool perpendicular to the surface to ensure clean cut edges
Do not force penetration—do not assist with hammer blows
Remove the ejector before cutting out, as it may be damaged when stepped on
Cutting out and ejecting are carried out in separate work steps
If residual moisture remains in the threaded area, it is recommended to unscrew the handle for storage to ensure complete drying and prevent superficial flash rust.

Procedure:

Damaged area: Define the damaged area for replacement.
Watering: For dry or hard soil, lightly water the area beforehand.
Positioning: Place the lawn cutter centrally on the damaged area.
Ejector: Be sure to remove the ejector beforehand (see note)
Inserting: Gradually apply body weight to the lawn cutter so that it cuts into the ground.
Tip: The cutting can be supported by gentle rocking movements.
Pressing in: Press the tool into the ground as far as the base plate.
Releasing: Slowly pull the cutter upward with a gentle rocking motion.
Insert ejector: Insert the ejector into the designated recesses in the base plate.
Ejecting: With light pressure on the ejector, release the damaged area downward from the cutter while guiding the tool upward.
Select replacement: Select the pre-grown turf piece.
Removal: Remove the turf piece completely from the turf growing box by pressing upward from below against the insert base.
Insertion: Insert the turf piece into the prepared opening.
Leveling: Gently press the transition to the existing area with your foot.
Aftercare: Water the area lightly to support the establishment phase.
