Montageempfehlung – Performance Smart Messerschutz

Unsere Montageempfehlungen dienen als unverbindliche Orientierungshilfe. Falls abweichend, haben die Herstellervorgaben Vorrang.

Erforderliches Werkzeug, Hilfsmittel und Schutzausrüstung:

  • 2,5mm Innensechskant als Schlüssel oder Bit für Schraubendreher (für Originalschrauben)
  • 3 mm Innensechskant als Schlüssel oder Bit für Schraubendreher – wahlweise mit unserem coolen Bithalter (für neue Schrauben)

Montagevorgang:

  1. Demontage: Nach dem Entfernen der Originalmesserteller können die Messerschutzabdeckungen links und rechts durch Lösen der jeweils 3x Innensechskantschrauben abgeschraubt werden.
  2. Unterscheidung der Seiten: Wie beim Originalschutz sind die Abdeckungen für die linke und rechte Seite unterschiedlich und entsprechend gekennzeichnet.
  3. Positionierung Messerschutz rechts: Dieser verfügt zusätzlich über eine Bohrung zur Aufnahme des Stiftes am Mäher zur korrekten Positionierung.
  4. Montage der neuen Messerschutzabdeckungen: Die Schutzabdeckungen links und rechts auflegen und dabei auf die Positionierungsrundungen für die Dichtung achten und ausrichten.
  5. Befestigung: Die Schrauben ansetzen und gleichmäßig mit mäßigem Drehmoment (Richtwert 1Nm) festziehen.

Die Dinger sind um Längen besser als die originalen

DAS Upgrade schlechthin.

Ich habe nun meine Rasenfläche von rund 480 qm rund dreimal mit diese, Upgrade gemäht. Wetterbedingt zweimal auch bei sehr feuchtem Rasen. Das ist mit diesem Messerschutz wirklich problemlos möglich. Kleine Verstopfungen mehran den Seiten wie bisher. Zur Langzeithaltbarkeit kann ich derzeit natürlich noch keine Aussage treffen aber Passform, Qualität und Funktion der Teile haben mich vollkommen überzeugt. Der Performance Smart Messerschutz ist in Punkto Preis/Leistung absolut TOP!
