Compatibility

The Luba models differ technically even within the same series - but unfortunately without clear type identification by the manufacturer.

In the product images you will find a Luba wheel model overview, which you can use to select your model as a product variant of the wheel cover.

Recognition features:

model generation with and without camera (Luba 1 / Luba 2)
Mounting variant on the rear axle (bolted / clipped)
Rim diameter on the front axle

We do not offer a wheel cover kit for the 1.1 model variant.

Assembly

Fitting recommendation - hubcap screw-on version

Front wheels

Required tools, aids and protective equipment:

nothing

Assembly process:

Positioning: Position the front wheel covers at an angle on the rim flange
Fixation: Clip in with light pressure until it clicks into place

Rear wheels

Required tools, aids and protective equipment:

2.5mm hexagon socket as a wrench or bit for screwdrivers
Small slotted screwdriver

Assembly procedure:

Dismantling: Loosen 6x hexagon socket screws of the rear wheel covers per side
Removing: Carefully lever off the wheel cover with the flat-blade screwdriver
Positioning: Fit the ZTTLPRINT hub cap so that the screw holes match up
Fixing: Replace 6x hexagon socket screws from step 1 and tighten evenly with a moderate torque (approx. 1Nm)

Front wheels

Positioning: Place the front wheel covers at an angle on the rim flange
Fixation: Clip in with light pressure until it clicks into place

Rear wheels

Required tools, aids and protective equipment:

Hot air dryer or hair dryer
Small slotted screwdriver

Assembly procedure:

Preparation for disassembly: Heat the outer ring carefully and evenly so that the retaining lugs come off more easily
Removal: Carefully pry off the outer ring with a flat-blade screwdriver
Caution: The retaining lugs of the original ring may break off during removal! Damage cannot be covered.
Positioning: Fit the ZTTLPRINT hub cap so that the retaining lugs are aligned
Fixation: Press on evenly all around and in the center

For optimum use and to protect the robotic lawnmower and our performance parts, the area to be mowed must be free of obstacles to avoid interference or collisions. Hazardous areas must be excluded before each run - in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.

The warranty and liability relates to verifiable material defects and processing errors, but not to damage caused by improper use or collisions with foreign objects.
In addition, we only accept warranty and liability for the blade discs if our own blade systems (CLASSIC and PREMIUM) are used as a complete system.
The use of other systems has neither been tested nor approved by us.
