Stable footing for maintenance, cleaning, and service work

Our maintenance station was specially designed to make maintenance, cleaning, and inspection work on your Mammotion Luba mini 2 AWD much more convenient. The elevated and stable working position gives you significantly better access to the blade discs, blades, and undercarriage.

The well-designed system, consisting of two maintenance blocks and an additional anti-tip feature, allows for quick and tool-free use. In just a few seconds, your robotic mower will be in a safe maintenance position for cleaning, blade replacement, or visual inspections.

Unlike makeshift solutions, the maintenance station ensures a stable and secure footing during work. This makes maintenance and service tasks more comfortable, safer, and more efficient.

    Maintenance Station Instructions

    Required tools, aids and protective equipment:

    • nothing
    1. Hold the Luba mini 2 AWD securely at the front and carefully tilt it backward until the rear axle is fully accessible. Always make sure the robotic mower is stable while doing so.
    2. Slide the first maintenance block from the outside under one of the rear wheels. Push it in until it reaches the designated stop.
    3. Push the second maintenance block on the opposite side under the rear wheel as far as it will go.

        Usage

        Once positioned, the robotic mower is in a stable maintenance position. This makes it much easier to perform cleaning, inspection, and maintenance tasks on the blade discs, blades, and underside.

        Before commissioning , the freedom of movement of the installed parts must be checked and ensured .

        For optimum use and to protect the robotic lawnmower and our performance parts, the area to be mowed must be free of obstacles to avoid interference or collisions. Hazardous areas must be excluded before each run - in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.

        The warranty and liability relates to verifiable material defects and processing errors, but not to damage caused by improper use or collisions with foreign objects.
        In addition, we only accept warranty and liability for the blade discs if our own blade systems (CLASSIC and PREMIUM) are used as a complete system.
        The use of other systems has neither been tested nor approved by us.

        The compatibility of our parts is checked and approved with the current firmware/software version of the respective robotic lawnmower at the time of product release. Liability for firmware-related incompatibilities is excluded.
