Assembly
Installation recommendations
Our installation recommendations are intended as a non-binding guide.
Some recommendations are examples - the color and shape of the parts may vary. The basic instructions nevertheless remain valid.
If different, the OEM manufacturer's specifications take precedence.
fender
Front axle:
Required tools, aids and protective equipment:
- Torx hex key or bit for a screwdriver (for original screws)
Assembly process:
- Loosen the transparent original cover on the front axle. To do this, remove the mounting screw and carefully remove the cover.
- Remove the original cover completely from the bracket.
- Place the fender over the large hole and press it down firmly.
Align it parallel to the housing

Rear axle:
Required tools, aids and protective equipment:
- No tools required
Assembly process:
- First, hold the fenders in place behind the rear wheels to check their fit and ensure they are positioned correctly.
- Carefully remove the protective film from the pre-assembled adhesive pads without touching the adhesive surfaces.
- Thoroughly clean the mounting areas on the robotic lawn mower to remove dirt, dust, and moisture. For optimal adhesion, the bonding surfaces should be dry and free of grease. Then align the fenders in their designated positions.
- Insert the fenders from below into the designated areas and position them properly. Once they are properly aligned, press the components down evenly.
- Press the bonding surfaces together for several seconds, applying even pressure to ensure a strong bond.
Note:
Full adhesive strength is not achieved until after a certain curing time. For best results, we recommend that you do not use the robotic lawn mower for a few hours after assembly and avoid putting unnecessary strain on the bonded areas.
Snap-on hubcaps

The quality and appearance of the surface structure is an essential part of our product design.
Layer height:
Our layer heights are optimally selected to ensure a perfect balance between visual quality and mechanical strength.
High-resolution printing technologies:
Thanks to advanced printing processes, precise details and an even surface structure are created.
Quality guarantee:
Our zoomable product images give you a detailed view of the print look and illustrate the high-quality workmanship.
- Can the material withstand the load?
Our products have been carefully developed to remain durable and safe even under increased loads.
High-strength material:
