Assembly

Fitting recommendation - spikes & wheel covers

Our installation recommendations are intended as a non-binding guide.
Some recommendations are examples - the color and shape of the parts may vary. The basic instructions nevertheless remain valid.
If different, the OEM manufacturer's specifications take precedence.

Required tools, aids and protective equipment:

Small slotted screwdriver
3 mm hexagon socket as a wrench or bit for screwdrivers - optionally with our cool bit holder

Assembly process:

Dismantling start: Carefully lever off the rim at the point of the indentation
Removal continued: Continue to carefully lever off the rim all the way around until it comes off completely
Positioning: Align the performance part using the three positioning pins
Pre-assembly: press on the performance part all around
Fastening: Insert the three screws and tighten evenly with a moderate torque (approx. 1 Nm)
Conclusion: Insert the sealing plugs

The warranty and liability relates to verifiable material defects and processing errors, but not to damage caused by improper use or collisions with foreign objects.
In addition, we only accept warranty and liability for the blade discs if our own blade systems (CLASSIC and PREMIUM) are used as a complete system.
The use of other systems has neither been tested nor approved by us.

The compatibility of our parts is checked and approved with the current firmware/software version of the respective robotic lawnmower at the time of product release. Liability for firmware-related incompatibilities is excluded.
